When Asurion came to us with the challenge of promoting phone insurance, they had intended pitching their story to the end users of smartphones and mobile phone handsets. And on the face of it, that seemed logical. But after a very energetic workshop in New Jersey with their marketing and account teams, it emerged that the best way to bump sales was to energize the in-store sales teams.
So – we created a series of 5 viral films that each vividly underlined one of the key benefits (to the sales staff) of selling their phone protection product.
