IVCA 09 Award Winners!
It’s not the winning it’s the taking part that counts. At least that’s what we were telling our less successful counterparts as we discretely slipped our gong away into a bag under the table. Truth be told we were actually pretty pleased with ourselves for scooping both a Bronze Award for Best Recruitment Film (McAfee Heroes) and also a Highly Commended Certificate for Best Direction (Barclays, The Risk!) but it’s not nice to brag is it?
Both accolades represented for us a brilliant thank you from the industry, and we were delighted that two projects that we enjoyed working on so much should be recognised in this way. We’d also like to add our own thanks to Stewart Brooks (McAfee) and Stephen Bonner, Mark Logsdon and Sarah Berrisford (Barclays), for being such great clients to work with.
Comedian Jo Brand, a great live band and the loudest indoor fireworks we’ve ever heard also meant that this was best IVCA awards evening we’ve ever attended, and we can’t wait to go back next year.

Arr you went for the safe and boring “award in filing cabinet” shot and not “award in toilet” or “award in kitchen”. Still well done guys.

yeah we didnt want people thinking we were disrespecting the IVCA by trying to flush the award down the loo! instead we just decided to file it in the bronze section of our special awards filling cabinet!
