The best solution yet

I know I’m famous for my mercurial mind and the attention-span of a 3 year old. But this impressed me. I would work for these people for free (careful Jim – cashflow and all that…:). Seriously, the busines model and the desirability are all here for entire countries to switch to the electric car. The payment structure works in the exact same way you buy your mobile phone. You buy miles. You can have pay as you go or contract. You can swap out the battery in the time it takes to fill up and it’s clean and there are no smelly diesel fingers. The cost of doing this for an entire country could be as little as two months worth of oil import spend. Crazy – but true, and more to the point, viable. This is definitely the best solution I’ve heard yet and I can’t wait to own one of these.
